Gold firelizards are the largest, and most intelligent, of all the firelizards. They are always female, and are the rulers of their flock of firelizards. When they rise, they are chased caught most often by bronze, but sometimes brown, firelizards. They are capable of laying a golden egg if they are caught by a bronze.
Gold firelizards are extremely rare, and finding a gold-laid clutch is even rarer, as golds are notorious for being protective and dangerous, mothers. Any eggs found in the wild are most likely green-laid, and therefore, duds.
When full grown these boys are about 3' 2" - 3' 4" long and have a wing span of about 5' 3" - 5' 7"
